Abstract
Dyke-Davidoff-Masson syndrome is a condition characterized by seizures, facial asymmetry, contralateral hemiplegia or hemiparesis and mental retardation. The clinical findings may be of variable degree according to the extent of brain injury. Cerebral hemiatrophy is frequently associated with hemiplegia, convulsions, mental deficit and subsequent epilepsy. In this article, a case of a ten-year-old boy with Dyke-Davidoff-Masson syndrome characterized by cerebral hemiatrophy in magnetic resonance imaging, left hemiparesis in physical examination and presence of seizures is presented.

Abstract
Dyke-Davidof-Masson sendromu, konvülsiyon, fasiyal asimetri, kontrolateral hemipleji veya hemiparezi, mental retardasyon ile karakterize bir sendromdur. Klinik bulgular, beyin zedelenmesinin düzeyine bağlı olarak değişiklikler gösterebilir. Serebral hemiatrofi ile ilişkili olarak hemipleji, konvülsiyon, öğrenme güçlüğü ve epilepsi görülebilir. On yaşında konvülsiyon ile başvuran, fizik muayenede sol hemiparezi ve manyetik rezonans görüntülemede serebral hemiatrofisi tespit edilen Dyke-Davidoff-Masson sendromlu bir erkek çocuk sunulmuştur.
