Abstract

Değerli Meslektaşlar ve Okurlar, Bu sayımızda yer alan onüç ilgi çekici bilimsel makalede; tersanelerde yüksekte çalışma risklerinin karar destekli bir yaklaşımla incelenmesi, alternatif yakıtların çevre bağlamında getirdiği gelişmeler, deniz süngerinden ilham alınarak geliştirilmiş bir kafes sisteminin yapısal üstünlüğü, Kovid-19 etkisi kapsamında erkene çekilen geri dönüşümlerinin çevresel etki hesaplaması, matematik modelleme desteği ile tekne ve makine sigortaları kapsamında risk analizi, sınır tabaka emme tekniği kullanılan bir kanat yapısı parametrelerinin aerodinamik performansa etkileri, Türk tersanelerinin Kovit-19 olumsuz etkilerine karşı aldığı tedbirler ve kriz yönetimi, balast tanklarında sediman birikimini azaltmak için geliştirilen pnömatik bir sistemin işletme parametrelerinin en iyileştirilmesi, bir baca gazı geri kazanım sisteminde özel bir termik yağ ve çok düşük kükürtlü bir yakıt kullanılması ile hem yakıt maliyeti hem de SOx salımlarının azaltılması, akış sistemlerinin yapısı ile Yapısal Gelişim Teorisi ilişkisinin yük gemilerinin ana makine teknik değerleri ve ısı transferi özelinde incelenmesi, g türbülans geçiş modelinin başarım değerlendirmesi, balastsız gemi tasarımlarının derlendiği gemi tasarımında paradigma değişikliği, benzer boyuttaki dikdörtgen ve pahlı tankın aynı salınım frekansında yüzey deformasyonları ve basınçlar açısından karşılaştırılmasının sunulduğu çalışmalar yer almaktadır. Bu sayımızda, Gemi Yat ve Hizmetleri İhracatçıları Birliği’nin (GYHİB) geleneksel hale gelen ve 2022 yılında onbirinci defa düzenlediği Ulusal Gemi ve Yat Tasarım Yarışması’nın ödülleri, 14.12.2022 günü düzenlenen ödül töreninde sahipleriyle buluştu. “Yeni Nesil Koster Gemisi” konu kapsamında düzenlenen yarışmada derece alan tasarımlara bu sayımızın ilk sayfalarında gururla yer verdik. Bilimsel makale, mesleki ve teknik konuları raporlayan yazılarınızın dergimize güç katacağını bildirir gelecek sayımızı altı ay sonra çıkaracağımızı bilgilerinize sunarız. Yeni yılda sağlık ve mutluluklar dileriz.

Abstract

Dear Colleagues and Readers, We are proud to publish the thirteen interesting scientific articles in this issue.These articles refer the following concerns; examining the risks of working at height in shipyards with a decisionsupported approach, the developments brought by alternative fuels in the context of the environment, the structural superiority of a cage system inspired by sea sponge, the environmental impact calculation of early recycling due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the mathematical modeling support within the scope of the risk analysis of hull and machinery insurances, the effects of a wing structure parameters using boundary layer suction technique on aerodynamic performance, crisis management and measures taken by Turkish shipyards against the adverse effects of Covit-19, optimization of the operating parameters of a pneumatic system developed to reduce sediment accumulation in ballast tanks, a waste heat recovery by using a special thermal oil and a very low sulfur fuel to reduce both the fuel cost and SOx emissions, the relationship between marine propulsion power and heat transfer with Constructal Law, performance evaluation of the g turbulent transition model, the paradigm change in ship design in which ballastless ship designs are compiled, the comparison of a similar size rectangular and chamfered tank in terms of surface deformations and pressures at the same oscillation frequency are presented. In this issue, the awards of the National Ship and Yacht Design Competition, which has become traditional and organized for the eleventh time in 2022 by the Ship, Yacht and Services Exporters’ Association (GYHİB), met with the award winners at the ceremony held on 14.12.2022. In the first pages of this issue, we proudly featured the designs that won a degree in the competition organized within the scope of the “New Generation Coaster Ship”. We are looking forward your valuable submissions including scientific articles, professional and technical reports for our next issue that will be published within six months.
