Manuscripts are accepted for publication provided that they are original, not being simultaneously reviewed by another journal, or not previously published. Direct quotations, tables or illustrations from any copyrighted material must be accompanied by written permission from the copyright holders for their use. All manuscripts are subject to review by editors and referees. Eligibility for publication depends on the importance and originality of the material. If any manuscript is considered to merit publication, it may be subject to editorial revisions to aid clarity and understanding without changing the data presented. The evaluation and publication processes are free of charge. No fees are requested from authors at any stage of the evaluation and publication process. All manuscripts and correspondence with the editorial board should be sent to the editorial office at mdbf@gibtu.edu.tr. All costs of the journal are covered by Gaziantep Islam Science and Technology University, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences. Potential advertisers should contact with the Editorial Office of the journal. Advertising images may only be published with the approval of the Editor-in-Chief. All researchers must have made a direct academic or scientific contribution to the paper. All researchers should have contributed to the article directly either academically or scientifically. Authors should have contributed either one or a few of planning, performing, writing or reviewing of manuscript. All authors should approve the final version. It is the authors’ responsibility to prepare a manuscript that meets scientific criterias. Statements or opinions expressed in the manuscripts published in the journal reflect the views of the author(s) and not the opinions of Gaziantep Islam Science and Technology University, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, editors, editorial board, and/or publisher; the editors, editorial board, and publisher disclaim any responsibility or liability for such materials. The publication language of the journal is Turkish or English. In addition, the abstract part of the manuscript must be uploaded in both Turkish and English. It is recommended that English articles/studies are checked by a linguist/subject expert before being submitted to the journal.
