Entrepreneurship is a major factor in the commercial, social and cultural aspects of the countries' development and development goals. Innovative, creative, visionary, entrepreneur with a high level of working and learning determination is more important than capital and natural resources. For cultural values are of great importance as it expresses the approach to entrepreneurship in terms of custom, customs and traditions. Proverbs and idioms that have passed through the centuries have been used for many years in the society. Turkey; despite its historical background, social structure, civilization and cultural heritage, it has not reached the necessary cultural level in entrepreneurship. In this study, the approach of the Turkish proverbs and idioms, which are used in our cultural values and geography, to entrepreneurship, and the overlapping features of entrepreneurship are discussed. In this study, proverbs and idioms related to entrepreneurship are explained by content analysis based on the types and characteristics of entrepreneurship. Proverbs and idioms expressing the cultural characteristics of Turkish society seem to overlap with entrepreneurial concepts. In terms of entrepreneurship, it has been seen that Turkish proverbs and idioms have a great accumulation and richness in terms of content that encourages, supports, positive and negative.
