The Relationship Between Psychological Capital and Entrepreneurship Intentions
Abstract
The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between psychological capital and entrepreneurship intentions. In this context, psychological capital was assessed by four dimensions; hope, optimism, self-efficacy and resilience. The questionnaire was completed by 143 employees from 37 different companies. The findings of hierarchical regression analyses have revealed that self-efficacy and hope positively affect entrepreneurial intention of employees whereas optimism and resilience does not have a significant impact on entrepreneurial intention.
