Bazı Entomopatojen Fungusların Spodoptera littoralis (Boisd.) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) Larvaları Üzerine Etkilerinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Isparta il merkezi ve çevre ilçelerinden örneklenen topraklardan izole edilen ve ön patojenite testi sonucu virülensi yüksek bulunan Beauveria bassiana ve Metarhizium anisopliae izolatlarından 14 tanesinin biyolojik etkinlikleri Spodoptera littoralis’e karşı denenmiştir. Bu fungus izolatlarından 1x107 konidi ml-1 konsantrasyonunda spor süspansiyonları hazırlanmış ve 3. veya 4. dönemdeki S. littoralis larvalarına agar yüzeyi biyoassay yöntemi tekniği ile denenmiştir. Bioassay uygulaması sonucu en etkili bulunan 3 izolatın S. littoralis larvalarının %50 ölüm zamanı (LT50) ve %50 ölüm konsantrasyonlarının (LD50) belirlenmesi için 1×105, 1×106, 1×107, 1×108 ve 1×109 konidi ml-1 konsantrasyonları uygulanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, Beauveria bassiana izolatları oldukça etkili bulunmuş ve bunlardan BMAUM-E2003, BMAUM-E6001 ve BMAUM-M6001 için LT50 değerleri sırası ile 2.76, 3.97 ve 4.23 gün olarak hesaplanmıştır. BMAUM-E2003 ve BMAUM-E6001 izolatlarının ileriki çalışmalar için ümit var olduğu düşünülmektedir.
