Abstract

In this study, the development of fo reign trade of Turkey’s agricultural sector between 1985 and 2000 were briefly examined. Box-Jenkins forecast method which has an important place in the time series analysis was explained. Foreign trade data of Turkey’s agricultural sector were analyzed by using Box Jenkins forecast method and determined suitable models. The future values of the series in question were guessed.

Tarım Sektörü Dış Ticaret Serileri İçin Model Belirleme ve Gelecek Tahmini (Box-Jenkins Tahmin Yöntemi)

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’nin tarım sektörü dış ticaretinin 1985-2000 dönemindeki gelişimi kısaca incelenmiştir. Zaman serileri analizinde önemli bir yere sahip olan Box-Jenkins tahmin tekniği hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Türkiye'nin tarım sektörü dış ticaret verileri Box-Jenkins yöntemi ile analiz edilmiş, uygun modeller belirlenmiştir. Söz konusu serilerin gelecekte alması beklenen değerleri tahmin edilmiştir.
