Abstract

This research was conducted to study the use of agricultural credit in the farms of the central count)' of Yozgat province and the effect of the credit on farmers, whether the credit are spent appropriately, the position of the TR Ziraat Bank as the source of the credit and to determine the problems faced in the assurance and repayment of the credit and to propose some solutions for these problems.The data has been accumulated by simple random sampling through questmaire from the firms takegart in the sample, In the analysis the results have been achieved by using search methods such as compare mental, chi-square. In research, it was found out that the farmers faced various difficultrees in getting the credit, the Ziraat Bank was an important source of the credit, the credit interests were high, and there was too much formality and bureaucracyin die process.

Tarım İşletmelerinin Kredi Kullanımında Karşılaştıkları Sorunlar ve Çözüm Önerileri (Yozgat İli Merkez İlçe Örneği)

Abstract

Bu araştırma, Yozgat İli Merkez İlçe tarım işletmelerinde tarımsal kredi kullanım durumu, kredilerin üretici üzerine etkisi, alınan kredilerin amacına göre kullanılıp kullanılmadığı, kredi kaynağı içerisinde T.C Ziraat Bankası’nın yeri, kredi temininde ve geri ödemede karşılaşılan sorunları belirlemek ve sorunlara ilişkin çözüm önerileri getirebilmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Veriler basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile örneğe giren işletmelerden anket yoluyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmada, yüzde hesapları, Khi-kare istatistiki analizlere yer verilerek sonuçlar elde edilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada, üreticilerin kredi almada çeşitli zorluklarla karşılaştığı. Ziraat Bankası’nın önemli bir kredi kaynağı olduğu, kredi faizlerinin yüksek olduğu, formalite ve bürokrasinin gereğinden fazla olduğu saptanmıştır.
