Abstract

The lime tolerance of selected mahaleb seedling rootstocks were compared. In a greenhouse experiment, ¡0 types were planted in 30 cm plasties pots. The potsWere filled with soil containing 9,20%, 60% and 80 % lime. The effect1 of lime stress on vegetative growth and content of chlorophyll was observed in selected rootstocks types; Leaves were analysed for macro -micro ;ui!ni!i'iV I'-X9 and T-7K was found us lolcnmt m high soil lime according to another types. Accumulation of Ca in the leaves ofT 89 was lower than in the others rootstocks.

Mahlep Çöğür Anaç Seleksiyonu III. Anaçların Kirece Dayanıklılıkları

Abstract

Anaç olarak seçilen üstün özellikli mahlep çöğür anaçlarının kirece dayanımlarının saptanması amacıyla1 yürütülen bu araştırmada, seçilen 10 mahlep tipi, 30 cın’lik plastik tüpler içinde toplam kireç içeriği % 9.2, % 60 ve % 80 olan topraklarda yetiştirilmiştir. Tiplerde kireç sitresinin bitki gelişme durumu ve klorofil içeriği üzerine etkileri araştırılmış ve yapraklarda makro- mikro element içerikleri incelenmiştir. T 89 ve T-78 nolu tipler diğer tiplere göre kirece daha dayanıklı tipler olarak belirlenmiştir. T- 89 no’iıı tipte en düşük Ca birikimi saptanmıştır.
