The Economic Structure of the Poultry Farms and Econometric Analysis of Production Factors in Çorum Province
Abstract
This study covers poultry farms in Çorum province. The main material of the study was the data obtained from 100 farms by the survey in 1994-1995. In the study, the economic structure of the poultry farms, the result of annual economic activity were examined, The relation among poultry farms techniques and input/output relation were been searched. Cobb-Douglas production function was used to estimate the production function. It can be said that the activities of poultry farms which have developed rapidly since 1989 have been operated within an industrial enterprise base and the big enterprises have been working more rationally, and all of the enterprises haven’t been able to reach the optimum level with respect to the factor use.
Çorum İlinde Yumurta Tavukçuluğu İşletmelerinin Ekonomik Yapısı Ve Yumurta Üretiminin Ekonometrik Analizi
Abstract
Bu çalışma Çorum ilindeki yumurta tavukçuluğu yapan işletmeleri kapsamaktadır. 100 işletmeden anket yolu ile sağlanan ve 1994-1995 yılma ait veriler çalışmanın ana materyalini oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada işletmelerin ekonomik yapıları ve yıllık ekonomik faaliyet sonuçları incelenmiştir. Yumurta tavukçuğunun fonksiyonel analizi ile çoklu rcgresyon ve korelasyon analizlerine yer verilmiştir. Üretim fonksiyonunun tahmininde Gobb-Douglas tipi fonksiyon kullanılmıştır. Özellikle 1989 yılından sonra yörede hızlı bir gelişme gösteren yumurta tavukçuluğu faaliyetinin tamamen endüstriye! bir işletme bazında yürütüldüğü, büyük işletmelerin daha rasyonel çalıştıkları, işletmelerin faktör kullanımında optimum düzeyi yakalayamadıkları belirlenmiştir.
