Abstract
This research was conducted in Tokat Kazova conditions. In the study, certified seed potatoes, two and three yearly seed potatoes were compared. As a plant material, Mirakel, Resy, Granola, Sarıkız, Sultan Yaylakızı and Marfona varieties were used. The experiment was conducted randomized block desing split plot with three replication. According to results of study, while period of using of seed tubers was increasing, the yield was decreased. The tuber yield was lower 21.9 % İn the second field year and 53.0 %İn the third field year than in the first field year. Decrease rates in marketable tuber yields was 17.1 % and 35.6 % respectively.
Abstract
Bu araştırma Tokat Kazova koşullarında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada sertifikalı (bir yıllık), iki ve üç yıllık patates tohumlukları karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışmada Mirakel, Resy, Granola, Sarıkız, Sultan, Yaylakızı ve Marfona çeşitleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışma Tesadüf Bloklarında Bölünmüş Parseller Deneme Desenine göre kurulmuştur. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre patates tohumluklarının kullanım süreleri arttıkça verimde azalmalar olduğu belirlenmiştir. Toplam yumru verimi bakımından azalma oranları sertifikalı tohumluklara göre, ikinci yıl % 21.9, üçüncü yıl % 53.0, pazarlanabilir yumru verimindeki azalmalar ise sırasıyla % 17.1 ve % 35.6 olmuştur.
