Abstract
In this study, the data of 1993 - 1994 yield period obtained from 103 agricultural establishments which produce vegetables intensively in Kazova district of Tokat city was used. The data was collected by making a survey. In this study Cobb-Douglas functions were used and input-output relations have been given. Production elasticities of production factors, production elasticity of he function and coefficient of efficiency that belong to estimation equation obtained for each product have been calculated and commented on. It has been found out that increasing returns to scale for tomatoes and cucumber products and diminishîng retums to scale for pepper. It has been found out that the production wii! increase when plowing area increases.

Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Tokat îli Kazova Bölgesinde yoğun olarak sebze yetiştiriciliği yapan, 103 tarım işletmesine (1993-1994 üretim dönemi) ait, anket tekniği ile elde edilen veriler kullanılmıştır. Cobb-Douglas tipi fonksiyonlarının kullanıldığı çalışmada girdi- çıktı (input-output) ilişkileri ortaya konulmuştur. Her bir ürün için elde edilen tahmin denklemine ait, üretim faktörlerinin üretim elastikiyetleri, fonksiyonun üretim elastikiyeti ve etkinlik katsayıları hesaplanmış ve yorumları yapılmıştır. Domates ve hıyar ürününde Ölçeğe artan getiri, biber ürününde İse ölçeğe azalan getiri durumu belirlenmiştir. Bütün ürünlerde ekim alanının artırılmasıyla üretim artışı sağlanabileceği belirlenmiştir.
