Abstract
In this study, the methodology of general principles, the aims and the means of regional planning of agriculture are explained. The application of the regional plans, the determinati¬on of the problems related to the subject and the suggestion of the problems have been tri¬ed to find out. The agricultural regional planning, a part of the national macro planing has had a great importance in many West European Countries in recent years. Th-'se countries have been trying to maximize their national income by arranging the regional plans and macro plans harmoniously through these years. Also in Turkey, the agricultural regional planing, studies have to begin immediately to reach the objects of the national plan. The regional plans could facilitate the application of macro plans. Besides, the regional plans could balance the dispersion of the population and provide the efficient use of the sources.

Bu çalışmada, tarımda bölgesel planlamanın genel ilkeleri, amaçlan ve araçlan metodo¬lojik olarak açıklanmıştır. Bölgesel planlann uygulanması, konuyla ilgili sorunlann belir¬lenmesi ve bu sorunlara çözüm önerileri bulunulmasına çalışılmıştır. Birçok Batı Avrupa ülkesinde, ulusal planlannm bir parçası olan tarımsal bölge planla¬ması konusuna, son yıllarda büyük önem verilmektedir. Bu ülkeler, bölgesel planlan ile makro planlanın düzenleyerek, ulusal gelirlerini en yükseğe çıkarmaya çalışmaktadırlar. Türkiye'de de, ulusal planlann hedeflerine ulaşabilmek için, tanmda bölgesel planlama çalışmalanna zaman kaybetmeden başlanmalıdır. Bölgesel planlar, makro planlann uygu-lanmasını kolaylaştırabilir. Aynca, bölgesel planlar nüfusun dengeli dağılımım ve kaynak¬ların doğru kullanımını sağlayabilir.
