Accordingly, users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or share link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, and transfer them as data to any software without the permission of the publisher or author(s) as long as the article is cited. However, they cannot use these articles for commercial purposes.
