Abstract
Yolsuzluk, günümüzde, zengin ya da yoksul bütün ülkeleri etkileyen en önemli sorunlardan biridir. Yolsuzluk, tek bir kişinin ya da birden fazla kişinin eyleminden oluşabileceği gibi çok sayıda tarafı (birey, firma veya resmi kurum) ve çok farklı boyutu (ekonomik, siyasi, kültürel, ahlaki v.b.) içeren karmaşık bir olaydır. Yolsuzluk siyasi ve ekonomik bir sorun olarak ele alınabileceği gibi bireysel, kültürel ve ahlaki sorun olarak da gündeme getirilebilmektedir. Bu yazıda yolsuzluk sorunu ve yolsuzlukla mücadelede uluslararası kurumların girişimleri incelenmektedir.
