Bu çalışmada siyasal yozlaşmalarla etkin bir şekilde mücadele edilmesine yönelik stratejiler incelenmektedir. Siyasal yozlaşmalarla mücadelede sadece hukuki (yasal) tedbirler yeterli değildir. Etkin bir yolsuzlukla mücadele stratejisi için en başta toplumsal ve siyasal iradenin ve kararlılığın olması gerekir.
