Developing A Design Methodology For Land Title And Cadastral Web Services

Abstract

The lack of local and National level Spatial Data Infrastructures SDI in Turkey is a major issue concerning the nationwide interoperability. Building a National level SDI NSDI is a formidable task. It will require a transformation of involved institutions for the required functioning of NSDI. The required is a technological and institutional transformation. This work is on a dimension of the technological transformation of Land Title and Cadastre LTC , one of the main data suppliers in envisioned Turkish NSDI. This is the dimension of transforming the LTC data services to a structure required by Service Oriented Architecture SOA , a technological infrastructure alternative for NSDI. This task requires a Services Oriented Design SOD to determine the Web Services that would be served by LTC for both internal and external use. A literature search was first performed for this task concerning SOD. It has been found that the literature does not provide the necessary guidelines for directing an analysis of the kind required by this work. Moving this point on, a methodology for SOD is proposed in this work within the context of a requirements analysis which was also performed in this work via a related analysis of traditional LTC services.

Tapu Kadastro Web Servisleri İçin Tasarım Metodolojisi Geliştirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Tapu ve Kadastro veri sunumu hizmetlerinin, UKVA için öngörülen teknolojik altyapı olan Servis Yönelimli Mimarinin SYM gerektirdiği yapıya dönüştürülmesi ile ilgilidir. Bunun için öncelikle bir Servis Yönelimli Analiz SYA yapılarak, kurum içi ve kurum dışı kullanıcılara sunulacak Web Servislerinin belirlenmesi gerekir. Dolayısıyla SYA ve Servis Belirleme bu bağlamdaki temel iş adımlarıdır. Fakat konuyla ilgili literatürün, bu işlerin başarılmasına yönelik uygulanabilir nitelikte somut bir önerisi yoktur. Bu noktadaki eksikliğin giderilerek konunun metodolojik bir yaklaşımla ele alınması gerekliliği ortadadır. Buradan hareketle çalışmada, TK veri sunumu hizmetlerinin incelenmesi kapsamında bir kurumsal iş analizi yapılmış ve SYA için özgün tasarım ilkeleri sunulmuştur.
