Nonspesifik Bel Ağrısında Konservatif Tedavi Yaklaşımları

Year 2020, Volume: 3 Issue: 1, 1 - 14, 31.01.2020

Abstract

Conservative Treatment Approaches in Nonspecific Low Back Pain

Year 2020, Volume: 3 Issue: 1, 1 - 14, 31.01.2020

Abstract

Low back
pain, a public health problem, is one of the leading causes of disability in
the world. Nonspesific low back pain where the cause of pain is unknown is the
most common form of low back pain. The treatment should focus on the pain and
the pain induced changes. The aim of this review was to examine the effectiveness
of current approaches in the treatment of pain and pain-related conditions in
the management of nonspesific low back pain. The Pubmed, PEDro, Cochrane
Library, Ovid, MEDLINE, SUMsearch and Google Scholar were searched to identify randomized
clinical trials, randomized controlled trials, systematic reviews, and
meta-analyzes, which were published between January 1, 2009 and August 1, 2019.
The literature analysis showed that there was moderate to high quality evidence
that motor control exercises have similar results as manual treatments, and
there was high quality evidence indicates that
spinal manipulative therapy was not clinically effective
compared to other interventions but it was effective on short-term pain relief  and functional status in chronic nonspecific
low back pain.
