Farklı İki Cerrahi Teknik ile Tedavi Edilen Bilateral Morton Nöroma Olgusu

Abstract

Ön ayakta ağrı sebeplerinden birisi olan Morton nöroma terminolojisindeki yanılsamanın aksine sinir kökenli gerçek bir tümoral patoloji değildir. Tanıda titiz bir fizik muayene ve ayırıcı tanıda muhtemel sebeplerin ekarte edilmesi önemlidir. Konservatif yöntemlerden cerrahi nörektomiye kadar uzanan geniş bir tedavi yelpazesi bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada farklı iki cerrahi yöntem ile tedavi edilen nadir rastlanılan bilateral Morton nöroma olgusu sunulmuştur.
