Abstract

Erken müdahale; gelişimsel yetersizliği olan ya da risk altında bulunan 0-3/0-6 yaş aralığındaki çocuklara ve bu çocukların ailelerine yönelik, ailenin ve çevrenin dahil edildiği bir programla çocuğun gelişimsel potansiyelini en iyi şekilde desteklemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Avrupa’da erken çocuklukta müdahale son 30-40 yıl içerisinde gelişim göstermiştir. Bu makale kapsamında Avrupa’da erken çocuklukta müdahaleye yönelik çalışmalar; politik düzenlemeler, hedef kitlenin tanımı, işbirliği, ailenin ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması, finansmanın sağlanması, ekip çalışması, hizmetlerin dağılımı boyutlarıyla ele alınmıştır. Makale kapsamına İngiltere, Almanya, Avusturya ve Portekiz dahil edilmiştir
