DOĞRUDAN YABANCI SERMAYE YATIRIMLARI VE EKONOMİK BÜYÜME İLİŞKİSİ: SINIR TESTİ YAKLAŞIMIYLA TÜRKİYE ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada ekonomik büyüme (EB) ile doğrudan yabancı yatırım (DYY) değişkenleri arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisi ve yönü test edilmiştir. Değişkenler arasındaki uzun dönem ilişkisi Pesaran ve diğerlerinin kullanmış olduğu ARDL (autoregressive distributed lag) modeli yardımıyla 1970-2014 yıllarını kapsayan dönemin analiz edilmesiyle araştırılmıştır. Analizlerden elde edilen sonuçlar değişkenler arasında bir uzun dönem ilişkinin varlığına işaret ederken, ilişkinin yönü ise karşılıklı (bidirectional) olduğunu göstermektedir.
