Abstract
Bu yazıda kastedilen şey, ifadenin ‘varolması’nın, onun mantıksal doğasına karşı, burada bir kavram adına değil de özel ada bağlı olduğudur. Frege açısından, bu yalnızca ‘mantıksal açıdan yanlış’ değil, aynı zamanda ‘anlamsız’dır. Örneğin, ‘Afrika vardır’ ve Sokrates vardır’ gibi. Yazıda kavramın ayırdedici özelliğinin bağlayıcı bileşimi açıklanmaktadır. Nitekim ‘varlık bir özelliktir’ ifadesi varlığın imleri altında daha uygun düşer. Dolayısıyla Frege Tanrıyı bir kavram olarak değil, bir özel ad olarak ele alır ve varlık kavramının bir ayırdedici özellik içermemesinden hareketle de Tanrının varlığının bilimsel bir kanıtının olamayacağını göstermeye çalışır.
Abstract
What is meant in this paper is that the expression ‘exists’ is, against its logical nature, combined with the proper name here, not with a concept name. For Frege, this is not only ‘linguistically improper’, but also logically ‘non-sensical’. For instance, ‘Africa exists’ and ‘ Socrates exists’. In the paper it is explained the conjunctive combination of the characteristics of the concept. Thus the note ‘existence is a feature’ belongs more under the sign for existence. Consequently, Frege does not deal with God as a concept but a proper name, and based upon that the existence cannot be included as a characteristic, he tries to point out that it is not a scientific proof for the existence of God.
