BENİGN VE MALİGN AKCİĞER HASTALARINDA BRONKOALVEOLAR LAVAJ SIVISI BİYOKİMYASAL PARAMETRELERİNİN TANISAL DEĞERİ

Abstract

Çalışmada benign ve malign akciğer hastalıklarında BAL sıvısındaki üre, ALP ve LDH'ın tanısal değerinin araştırılması amaçlandı. Çalışmaya toplam 63 hasta alındı. Bunların 25'i periferik akciğer tümörü olup malign grubu; 38'i ise benign grubu oluşturdu. Benign grupta 13 tüberküloz (Tb), 18 pnömoni, 3 kronik obstrüktif akciğer hastalığı (KOAH), 4 interstisyel akciğer hastalığı olgusu yer almaktaydı. Tüm olgulara belirlenen uygun lokalizasyondan BAL yapıldı. Eşzamanlı alınan kanla birlikte BAL sıvısında üre, ALP, LDH parametreleri ölçüldü. Malign grupta üre hem kan, hem BAL sıvısında; benign grupta ALP sadece BAL sıvısında yüksek saptandı. Sonuçlar anlamlıydı (p< 0.05). LDH değerleri iki grup arasında farklı değildi (p> 0.05).LDH değerleri iki grup arasında farklı değildi

THE DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF BRONCHOALVEOLAR LAVAGE FLUID BIOCHEMICAL MARKERS IN BENIGN AND MALIGN LUNG DISEASES

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the diagnostic contribution of the ALP, LDH and urea in BAL of patients with benign and malign lung disease. BAL was obtained from 63 patients. Patients were divided in two groups, according to final diagnosis, 25 patients with peripherally lung tumor, 38 patients with benign lung disease, tuberculosis (n:13), pneumonia (n:18), chronic bronchitis (n:3) , interstitial lung disease (n:4). BAL was performed in all cases according to radiological location. Urea, ALP and LDH were measured both in BAL and serum which was collected syncronically. In malign group urea levels were significantly higher both in serum and BAL, in benign group ALP were significantly higher only in BAL. The results were significante (p0.05).
