Abstract

Kronik obstrüktif akciğer hastalığı (KOAH) tanılı 71 yaşında bir erkek olguda kılıç kını trakea tanısı konmuştur. Olgunun tanısı ve ayrıca entübasyonu ile ventilasyonunda yaşanan sorunlar literatür eşliğinde gözden geçirilmiştir.

SABER-SHEATH TRACHEA (CASE REPORT)

Abstract

The diagnosis of saber-sheath trachea has been established in a 71 years old male patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The problems during intubation and mecanically ventilation have been reviewed with relevant literatures.
