Abstract
Diabetes mellitus ve pnömoni tanısı ile izlenen 64 yaşında erkek olgunun akciğer grafisinde yavaş rezolüsyon gösteren infiltrasyonun bulunması nedeni ile fiberoptik bronkoskopi uygulandı. Bronkoskopide sol alt lob bronşu içinde tümöral lezyon saptandı. Spiral toraks bilgisayarlı tomografisinde sol alt lob bronşunda izlenen metalik opasitenin yabancı cisim ile uyumlu olabileceği belirtildi. Endobronşiyal lezyon daha sonra flek-sibl bronkoskopi ile çıkartıldı ve patolojisi bitkisel kökenli organik yabancı cisim olarak rapor edildi. Erişkinlerde yabancı cisim aspirasyonunun nadir görülmesi ve bronş karsinomunu taklit edebilmesi nedeni ile sunulmuştur.

Abstract
A 64 year old male patient who had diabetes mellitus and pneumonia was admitted. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy was done because of slow resolution of the infiltration on chest x-ray and a tumoral lesion was seen in the left lower lobe bronchus. The spiral thorax computerised tomography revealed a metallic opacity at that region, which resembled a foreign body. The endobronchial lesion was then extracted withflexibl bronchoscopy and its pathology was reported as an organic foreign body of vegetable origin. The case is presented because foreign body aspiration is seen rarely in adults and because it can mimick bronchogenic carcinoma.
