Abstract
Mediastenin en sık görülen primer tümörü timomadır. Timomalar histolojik olarak genellikle benign karakterdedir ancak pekçok paraneoplastik sendrom ile ilişkileri vardır. Bu sendromların olması timoma tanısı koyulmasına yarayabilir. Nadiren görülen bir paraneoplastik sendrom olduğu için akantosis nigricans ile seyreden timoma olgusu sunulmuştur.

Abstract
The most common primary tumor of the mediastinum is thymoma. Thymomas appear benign histologically but they also notorious for associated many paraneoplastic syndromes. The occurrence of these syndromes often leads to the diagnosis of thymoma. Because it is rarely seen paraneoplastic syndrome, we present this case malignant thymoma with acanthosis nigricans
