KOAH AKUT ATAKTA SERUM ÜRİK ASİT DÜZEYİ VE ÜRİK ASİT/KREATİNİN ORANININ ATAĞIN AĞIRLIĞI VE ARTERYEL KAN GAZLARI İLE İLİŞKİSİ

Abstract

Ürik asit, pürin yıkımında son ürün olup doku hipoksisinde düzeyi artar. Serum ürik asit seviyesi, oksidatif metabolizmadaki bozukluğun belirteci olarak kullanılabilir. Çalışmada 70 KOAH'lı olgunun 74 akut alevlenme nedenli yatışı değerlendirildi. Çalışmamızda KOAH akut atağı (AA) olan hastalarda serum ürik asit düzeyi ve serum ürik asit/kreatinin oranının hipoksemiyi göstermedeki başarısı, spirometri ve arter kan gazı ile ilişkisi araştırılmıştır KOAH AA'lı olguların tedavi öncesi ve sonrası serum ürik asit düzeyleri kontrol grubundan anlamlı olarak yüksekti.

THE RELATIONSHIP OF SERUM URIC ACID AND URIC ACID TO CREATININE RATIO WITH SEVERITY OF EXACERBATIONS AND ARTERIAL BLOOD GASES IN COPD ACUTE EXACERBATION

Abstract

Serum uric acid (UA) is the final product of purine degradation, its level increases in tissue hypoxemia. Serum UA level may be indicator in evaluation of impaired oxidation. The success in indicating hypoxemia, of serum UA and serum UA/creatinine ratio, in COPD with acute exacerbations and the relationship with spirometry and arterial blood gases were investigated in our study Seventy four hospitalizations due to acute exacerbation of seventy patients with COPD were evaluated. In patients with COPD, pretreatment mean serum UA levels .
