GEMSİTABİN'E BAĞLI KUTANOZ TOKSİSİTE GELİŞEN KÜÇÜK HÜCRELİ DIŞI AKCİĞER KANSERİ

Year 2011, Volume: 25 Issue: 1, 51 - 55, 01.05.2011

Abstract

NON SMALL CELL LUNG CARCINOMA WITH GEMCITABINE INDUCED CUTANEOUS TOXICITY

Year 2011, Volume: 25 Issue: 1, 51 - 55, 01.05.2011

Abstract

Gemcitabine is considerably well tolerated agent, that is often used for; non small cell lung carcinoma, breast, over, pancreas and head-neck malignancies. It's likely to have dermatologyical reactions, furthermore it has systemic side effects like pancytopenia, nausea, vomitting, flu-like symptoms and allergic reactions. Alopecia, maculopapullar eruptions, erytematous lesions and other derma- tologycal toxicities can occur during gemcitabine treatment. In our study we investigated a fourty nine year old patient with stage 4 lung adeno- carcinoma, that had diffus maculopapullar lesions after his first time combine chemoterapy with gemcitabine.
