PULMONER LANGERHANS HÜCRELİ HİSTİYOSİTOZİS: BİR OLGU SUNUMU

Abstract

18 yaşında erkek hasta 1 yıldır nefes darlığı ve öksürük şikayeti ile kliniğimize geldi. 18 paket/ yıl sigara (aktif içici) öyküsü vardı. Yüksek çözünürlüklü bilgisayarlı tomografisinde (YÇBT); her iki akciğerde üst loblarda daha belirgin olan kistik görünümler, sağ üst lob, orta lob ve her iki alt lobda milimetrik nodüller izlendi. Hastanın semptomlarının hafif ve solunum fonksiyonlarının normal olması nedeni ile steroid tedavisi vermedik. Ancak hasta sigarayı bıraktı. Hastanın semptomları sigarayı bıraktıktan sonra geriledi. 6 yıl sonra çekilen toraks YÇBT'de her iki akciğerdeki yaygın kistik lezyonların ve nodüler görünümlerinin azaldığı izlendi. Biz de nadir bir hastalık olması nedeni ile olgumuzu burada sunduk.

HISTIOCYTOSIS WITH PULMONARY LANGERHANS CELLS: A CASE REPORT

Abstract

An 18 year old male patient referred to our clinic with the complaints of breathlessness and cough for the last year. He had a smoking history of 18 package/year(current smoker). In high resolution computed tomography (HRCT), cystic apperances which were more marked in upper lobes, milimetric nodules in upper right lobe, middle lobe and both lower lobes were observed. We didn't treat with steroid because his symptoms are mild and his pulmonary functions are normal. However, patient stopped smoking. The symptoms regressed at patient who withdraw smoking. Six year later in the HRCT, nodular appearances and widepread cystic lesions were observed to decrease in both lungs. We presented our case here because of a rare disease.
