YAŞLI AKCİĞER KANSERLİ HASTALARIN EPİDEMİYOLOJİK, KLİNİK VE SAĞ KALIM ÖZELLİKLERİ

Abstract

Giriş: Çalışmanın amacı, yaşlı akciğer kanserli olguların epidemiyolojik, klinik ve sağkalım özelliklerinin genç olgularla karşılaştırılmasıdır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmada 2637 akciğer kanserli hasta değerlendirildi. Hastalar iki gruba ayrıldı. Yaşı 65den küçük olanlar genç, yaşı 65 ve üzerinde olanlar yaşlı olarak tanımlandı. Grupların epidemiyolojik, klinik ve sağ kalım özellikleri karşılaştırıldı. Verilerin analizinde ki-kare testi, ttesti ve çoklu lojistik regresyon analizi uygulandı. Bulgular: Hastaların 998'i (%37.8) yaşlı grupta, 1,639'u (%62.2) genç gruptaydı. Öğrenim düzeyleri düşük (p
