Cannabinoids natural cannabinoids, endogenous cannabinoids and synthetic cannabinoids (SK) to be divided into three. Synthetic cannabinoids produced in the laboratory to simulate the effects of natural cannabinoids possess potent than natural cannabis. The synthetic cannabinoids (SK) bonzai- are in the group of new generation psychoactive substances and their utilization and prevalence are increasing rapidly. Altough toxic effects of SK to other systems and organs are reported in a large number, toxicity of SK to the lungs are rarely reported. Synthetic cannabinoids (SK) are effective via the cannabinoid receptors 1 and 2 (CR-1 and CR- 2). They can affect the central nervous system and respiratory center via CR-1 and lead to a decrease in respiratory rate, hypoxia, hypercapnia and respiratory acidosis. In this manuscript, two cases with pulmonary toxicity after using SK were presented with the discussion of literature.
