Author Guidelines

The journal's language of writing is Turkish or English. Articles must be at least 3000 words, excluding the references. The abstract must not exceed 250 words. Texts must include summaries in both Turkish and English. Abstracts must be at least 150 and at most 250 words.

Turkish Abstract and Keywords: This section should be written to present the research's purpose, findings, and conclusions without any commentary, and should not exceed 250 words. A maximum of five keywords that best describe the study should be included at the end of the abstract. English Abstract and Keywords: An abstract is an abstract written in English. The content of both Turkish and English abstracts must be identical. Keywords must also be written in English. A minimum of three and a maximum of five keywords must be included. The abstract and title must be separated by 1.5 lines (18 points). The text must be written with 1.5 line spacing.
Font and Size: Text must be in Times New Roman, 12 point font. Footnotes, justified quotations, drawings, and tables may use a 10-point font.

Line Breaks: 1.5 lines (18-point) between lines within the text, and 1 line (12-point) between figure and table legends in footnotes or justified quotations.

Paragraphs: All text, including subheadings, should be written with justified left and right alignment. The first line of each paragraph should also be left-aligned and should not be indented. Justified quotations should be indented 1 cm from the left and right. 1.5 lines (18-point) of space should be left between paragraphs.

Section Headings: Section headings, which are first-level headings (Main headings), should be written with all words in uppercase, bold, and 12-point font. The text should be centered.

Second-level headings (Subheadings) should have all words in uppercase, all other letters in lowercase, bold, and aligned to the left.

In third-level headings (secondary subheadings), only the first letter of the heading is capitalized; the others are written in lowercase and bold, aligned to the left.

All headings are numbered, and a 2-line (24-point) space is left before and 1.5 lines (18-point) after each heading.

Tables and Figures: Tables and figures should be placed as close as possible to the page layout, immediately following their first mention in the text. Tables and figures are numbered with the first number representing the chapter number and the second representing the sequential order of the table or figure within the chapter.

Sample References:

The references will be listed alphabetically: List your sources alphabetically according to the first letter of the first author's last name. For special cases, apply the following rules. APA 7 is used in the references.

Order of multiple sources by a single author in the references: If multiple sources from a single author are listed, list them from previous editions to later editions. Hewlett, L S. (1996). Hewlett, L. S. (1999).

A single-author bibliography entry precedes a multi-author bibliography entry by the same author: Alleyne, R. L. (2001). Alleyne, R. L. & Evans, A. J. (1999).

If the first author remains the same and the second or third authors change, alphabetize by the second author's last name; if the second authors are the same, the third is listed, and so on. Gosling, J. R., Jerald, K., & Belfar, S. F. (2000).

The order in which works by different researchers with the same last name are cited: For authors with the same last name, the order is based on the first letter of their first name. Mathur, A. L. & WalIston, J. (1999). Mathur, S. E. & Ahlers, R. J. (1998). Note: Include the first author's last name along with the first initial of their first name in in-text citations. Order of Citing Works by Groups of Authors or Works with No Authors Specified: Alphabetize the work of groups of authors belonging to organizations or government agencies by the first letter of the organization's name. The full name of the organization should be written (e.g., American Psychological Association, not APA). If and only if the work is designated as "anonymous," the word "Anonymous" is used as the title of the work, and the order is alphabetized as if "anonymous" were a real name.

If author information is unavailable, the title of the work is written in place of the author's name, and the order is alphabetized by the first letter of the work's title.
