Experimental Marketing and an Application in the Private School Services

Abstract

The purpose of this study, in the the framework of private elementary school experiential marketing activities; is determination of what families such experiences have in terms of experiential marketing components who benefit from school services, understanding how these experiences affects to customer satisfaction and accordingly brining about strengths, weaknes, together with opportunites and threats of the experimental marketing components which are sense, feel, act, think and relate as aspect of private school services. The study analyses factors which effect customer satisfaction are : academic environment, facilities supporting to learn, services provided to students, measuring - evaluation and academic consultancy, in addition to these dimesions; preparation to exams, global vision, being versatile, foreign language education, scientific idea and research ability factors are included. All these components by searching and are classified in terms of their experimental marketing dimensions which are sense, feel, act, think, relate experiments and finally finding out their strengths, weaknes,opportunties and threats on these fields. Since the purpose of the research is understanding of experiences, the focus group methodology which is used, and is one of the mostly preferring as qualitative technics in the recent periods. Morever, the results of the focus group study will be used as the inputs of the further survey study like a complementary element.
