Eastern civilizations of ancient age could not progress in economic thought as economic development. Egyptian and Mesopotamian civilizations participated in trade by developing agriculture and they prospered. New forms of production of Egypt and Mesopotamia civilization has affected other communities by spreading to the world. But the economic potential of the world's western civilization was lower, therefore the economic growth in Western civilization developed with the gains of conquest in addition to trade. Religion was comparatively less effective on the World's western civilization and these civilizations were moving secular feature. In this regard, economic thought in western civilization progressed under the influence of mind. Accordingly, economic practises in western civilization mostly relied on tradition and thought and these were less influenced by religion.
