Abstract
Center-periphery approach to political and social change taking place in Turkey is one of the tools used to describe the structural matrix and in a systematic manner. Work penned in this context consists of two components. First, the center-periphery relationship expressed theoretically in Turkey, second in the Milli Nizam (MNP) was introduced as the axis takes place. The study appeared in the 1970s and today's conservatives who settled in central Turkey "periphery" of the initial batch of MNP is intended to demonstrate the appearance in Turkish politics. For the study, as well as theoretical data, which also focused on the rhetoric of the relevant period and is expressed as MNP'n the names included in the periphery axis.
Abstract
Merkez-Çevre yaklaşımı Türkiye’de yaşanan siyasal ve sosyal değişimi yapısal dizeyde ve sistematik bir şekilde açıklayabilmek için kullanılan araçlardan birisidir. Bu çerçevede kaleme alınan çalışma iki başlıktan oluşmaktadır. İlk olarak Türkiye’de merkez-çevre ilişkisi teorik olarak belirtilmiş, ikinci olarak da Milli Nizam Partisinin (MNP) yer aldığı eksen ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışma 1970’ler de ortaya çıkan ve günümüz Türkiye’sinde merkeze yerleşmiş olan muhafazakar “çevre”nin başlangıç partisi MNP’in Türk siyasetindeki görünümünü ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma da yöntem olarak, teorik verilerin yanısıra, dönemin ilgili isimlerinin söylemleri üzerine de yoğunlaşılmış ve MNP’nin çevre ekseninde yer aldığı belirtilmiştir.
