THE INFLUENTIAL OF ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND LEARNING ON INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PERFORMANCE

Abstract

This study examined the two factors of organisational capability namely organisational leadership and learning in Malaysian public agencies by using Resourse Based View (RBV). We proposed two models which showed a significant results. However, model of complementary organisational capability is better than individually factor model in gaining higher organisational performance.
