Abstract
Higher Education in the Arab World: E-Learning and Distance Education, edited by Adnan Badran, Elias Baydoun, Sandra Hillman, and Joelle Mesmar, addresses the expanding role of digital education in a region with unique socio-economic and technological challenges.
