Children are actively exploring and learning the world through play. Especially outdoor play environments are areas where interaction is most effective for children. Children are in one-to-one relationship with nature and each other in these areas. In today's living conditions, children spend time in playgrounds disconnected from nature, perhaps they cannot find a playground in today's urbanization approach.Within the scope of this study, suggestions have been made for the importance of children's playgrounds for children and that children's playgrounds will be more creative when supported by an ecological approach. In this study, children's play areas designed with the ecological perspective is supported by examples from Turkey and the world.
