Bu araştırmada, 2017-2018 öğretim yılında uygulanmaya başlayan 5. Sınıf Müzik Programının, öğretmenlerin görüşleri üzerinden Stufflebeam’in CIPP Modeli çerçevesindeki “Girdi” ve “Süreç” boyutlarında değerlendirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Araştırma nitel bir çalışma olup, betimsel türde tarama modelindedir. Araştırmaya Mardin’de ortaokullarda görev yapan 10 müzik öğretmeni katılmıştır. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen görüşme formu ve gözlem yoluyla elde edilmiş ve betimsel analiz yöntemi ile yorumlanmıştır. Ek olarak, döküman analizi kapsamında; 5. sınıf müzik program dökümü, 5. sınıf ders kitabı ve öğrencilerin proje ödevleri incelenmiştir. Bulgular başlangıçta ayrı ayrı ele alındıktan sonra, girdi ve süreç bakımından bir bütün olarak değerlendirilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Girdi boyutunda programın öğrencilerin giriş özelliklerinin göz ardı ettiği, ders kitapları ve materyallere ilişkin görüşlerinin olumsuz olduğu ve programın amaçlarını karşılamaktan uzak olduğu görülmüştür. Süreç boyutunda ise başta zaman sıkıntısı olmak üzere, teorik bilgi yoğunluğu ve teknolojik imkansızlıklar gibi nedenlerden sürecin amaca uygun geçirilemediği saptanmıştır.
In this research, it is aimed to evaluate the 5th Grade Music Program(2017) in terms of Input and Process dimensions within the framework of Stufflebeam's CIPP Model through the opinions of teachers. The research is a qualitative study and descriptive screening model. 10 music teachers working in Mardin participated in the research. The data were obtained by interview form developed by the researcher and the interpreted with descriptive analysis method. The 5th grade music program booklet, the 5th grade textbook and also some of the student projects were examined. In the input dimension, it was seen that the program ignored the entrance characteristics of the students. The opinions about the textbooks and materials were negative and they were far from meeting the objectives of the program. In the process dimension, it was found that the process could not be passed for the purpose due to many reasons, especially time constraints.
