In this article, at first we will discuss from past to present Arabian-Armenian relations religious, economic, political and cultural aspects of Mardin province. In this context, starting with the affect of relations between two societies on Armenian and Arabic, we will try to evaluate the interaction of each other and the status and progress. Not only the interaction between Armenian and Arabic daily languages but also considering the implications of literary studies, we will evaluate how much Arabic effected Armenian language. Considering that today in Mardin, there are lots of Arabic and Armenian bilingual gravestones, the presence of Armenian and Arabic names and the fact that in time some Christian communities became Arabian, we can say that there are lots of arguments to do. During the study Armenian manuscripts, Arabic-speaking Armenians of Mardin, the newspapers of the period, statistical data, foreign travelers’ reports of the subject, “Zü’l-Kâdiriyye” books data, Armenian patriarchate records, Ottoman archives will be based on.
