The phenomenon of immigration has united from the most debated topics of recent years. This concept not only refers to human mobility, but also refers to the migration of the brain, labour and capital. In this study, it is emphasized on the working area and entrepreneurial talents of Syrian immigrants who came from Syria to Turkey and settled in Mardin province and it was investigated how social and economic life of Mardin has been affected and what kind of opportunities has been created in economic field. This study was prepared by examining the reports of the researches carried out by the various institutions at local level and by scanning the articles on Syrian immigrants.
