International Journal of Field Education (IJOFE) is an independent reviewed journal which aims to publish original research articles in the field of education. It is open to all scientists and researchers to submit their works. IJOFE targets to develop field education research and produce articles. Review studies, experimental and theoretical studies, model advisories, analysis and evaluation, qualitative and quantitative studies, scale development studies, material design studies and research studies are included in this journal.

Studies sent to International Journal of Field Education are required to be original and non-published articles. Submitted articles are analyzed through a blind-review process.

The articles should be written according to APA 5 directions. You can reach the sample article (the guide) besides the guide of reference list with explanations here.IJOFE is published two times two times in a year: February and August.
This journal provides open access to the contents adopting the principle that presenting scientific studies to the public free of charge would increase share.

IJOFE uses APA7 templates and guidelines.

IJOFE accept manuscripts unpublished in other journals before. 

The authors are required to indicate ethics committee approval (This requirement is for experiential and applied researches before the year 2020). 

The author(s) are asked to sign transfer of copyright form. 

Atuhor(s) are asked to indicate plagiarism reports as a proof of originality of their work.

The publishing responsibilities belong to the author(s). 

Publication Policy

The journal is published for three times in a year: March, July, November.

In each issue, eight articles at most are published.

The language of manuscripts are expected to be English.

The author(s) are free to upload Turkish studies in the journal. If so, author(s) are required to upload English translations before publication.

Review Process

The manuscripts uploaded in the journals are required to be unpublished original articles.

The manuscripts are put into blind-reviewing process. Reviewers receive anonymous documents to review.

IJOFE uses blind-review process.

The reviewing process is expected to take 45 days. However, delays may occur.

IJOFE uses DOI numbers. Thus, manuscripts could be published before the regular time issues(March, July, November).

The manuscripts accepted for publishing could be seen in "online first" with DOI numbers.

IJOFE requires no fees for publication.

No fees are required in any steps of publication.
