Abstract

The European Neighborhood Policy (ENP) is the main element of Ukrainian-EU relations. Although it was aimed to negotiate an Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU by November 2013, the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych announced that he would not sign this Association Agreement. In this article, Ukraine-EU relations in the period of Yanukovych were analyzed by case analysis method and the reasons why Yanukovych was not signed by Yanukovych and the factors that were effective in making this decision were analyzed.
