Traditional and Complementary Medicine practices are a reality that has been in our lives for centuries. However, it has become more and more important in recent years. It is regulated within the state and by law. In line with the increasing interest, it has been inevitable that traditional medicine is fed with innovations.
On the other hand, traditional and complementary medicine is still not fully understood in the eyes of the public and perceived as unscientific treatments. However
It is also a problem that many products that can be called phytotherapeutic are not produced under appropriate conditions, in the right technology and with the right method. In order to overcome these problems, more studies should be done in the field of traditional medicine, and scientific findings should be transferred to the public better. Because today, traditional and complementary medicine is giving rise to new approaches. It develops and progresses parallel to science.
