Sporcularda Masajın Gevşeme ve Psikolojik Durum Üzerine Etkisi

Öz

Masaj, spor ve egzersizde genel olarak gevşeme, iyileşme ve toparlanma için sıklıkla kullanılan bir yöntemdir. Sporcular için masaj lüks bir tercih değil veya sadece bir rahatlama aracı değildir. Birçok yarışmacı sporcu için spor masajı kas gerginliğini gidermeye, performansı artırmaya ve zihinsel performansı artırmaya yardımcı olur. Her seviyedeki sporcu için spor masajı, iyileşmelerine, odaklanmalarına ve en yüksek performansı sürdürmelerine yardımcı olan kapsamlı psikolojik faydalar sunar. Bu makalede, spor alanında masajın, gevşeme, duygudurum ve psikolojik durum üzerindeki etkileriyle ilgili olarak güncel literatür bilgilerini derleme amaçlanmıştır.
