Hollanda ve Türkiye’ de Eğitim Sistemlerinde Beden Eğitimi ve Spor

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı Hollanda ve Türkiye'nin eğitim sistemlerinde beden eğitimi ve spor yaklaşımının incelenmesidir. Hollanda eğitim sistemi, uygulamalı yaklaşımı, uluslararasılaşmaya verdiği önem ve araştırma odaklı yapısıyla öne çıkmaktadır. Özellikle mesleki eğitimde (VET) sağlanan yüksek katılım oranları, iş gücü piyasasına yönelik eğitim-öğretimi güçlendirmektedir. Beden eğitimi ve spor dersleri, Hollanda'da hem ilkokul hem de ortaokul düzeyinde zorunlu olup, öğrencilerin temel motor becerilerini geliştirmeyi, fiziksel sağlığı desteklemeyi ve sosyal beceriler kazandırmayı hedeflemektedir. Türkiye'de ise beden eğitimi genellikle geleneksel takım sporlarına odaklanmakta ve öğretmen eğitimi süreçlerinde spor spesifik becerilere ağırlık verilmektedir. Ancak, Hollanda'nın fiziksel aktiviteyi teşvik eden çevresel yaklaşımları Türkiye’ye kıyasla daha kapsamlıdır. Çalışmada, Türk eğitim sisteminin genç nüfusun potansiyeline uygun programlar geliştirerek elit sporcu yetiştirmeye daha fazla odaklanması gerektiği önerilmektedir.
