Abstract
Araştırmanın amacı; bilişim teknolojilerinin çalışanlar tarafından mesai saatleri içinde ve iş dışı amaçları için kullanımını ifade eden sanal kaytarma davranışı ile iş doyumları arasında bir ilişki olup olmadığını incelemektir. Araştırma örneklemi 753 katılımcıdan oluşmuştur. Hem sanal kaytarma hem de iş doyumu ölçeklerinin güvenilirlik testleri yeterli sonuç vermiştir.
Sanal kaytarma ve iş doyumu arasında pozitif bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Sanal kaytarma davranışı artığında iş doyumunun artacağı söylenebilir. Çalışanların sanal kaytarmalarının cinsiyete ve yaşa göre; iş doyumlarının ise cinsiyete, yaşa, kıdeme, medeni duruma, çocuk sahibi olmaya ve gelir düzeyine göre farklılaştığı görülmüştür.
Çalışma hayatında sanal kaytarma ile ilgili politikalara ihtiyaç artmaktadır. Bu politikaları geliştirirken sanal kaytarma ve iş doyumu arasındaki ilişki mutlaka göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır
