KYRGYZSTAN'S RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AFTER INDEPENDENCE

Abstract

Kyrgyzstan is in the Central Asian Turkish Republics. After gaining independence, it shows efforts to shift to the market economy. The main aim of the paper is to present a solution to the general economic problems of Kyrgyzstan in the transition to the market economy. The country is located in the middle of both the west and the east block. For this reason, it shows the efforts to open the economy to the market conditions without losing its own self in a sensitive region. The aim is economic development of the country. While realizing this, the country has adopted a way of protecting its indigenous and national elements without losing its selfhood. While using the sensitive advantages of geography; Russia, Turkey, China and the United States.

KIRGIZİSTAN'IN BAĞIMSIZLIK SONRASI EKONOMİK GELİŞİMİNE YÖNELİK ÖNERİLER

Öz

Kırgızistan, Orta Asya Türk Cumhuriyetleri'ndendir. Bağımsızlığını kazandıktan sonra piyasa ekonomisine geçiş çabaları göstermektedir. Çalışmanın temel amacı; piyasa ekonomisine geçişte Kırgızistan’ın genel ekonomik sorunlarına çözüm önerileri sunabilmektir. Ülke hem batı hem de doğu bloğunun tam da ortasında bulunmaktadır. Bu nedenle, hassas bir bölgede kendi öz benliğini kaybetmeden ekonomisini piyasa koşullarına açma çabaları göstermektedir. Amaç, ülkenin ekonomik olarak kalkınmasıdır. Bunu gerçekleştirirken de ülke kendi öz benliğini kaybetmeden, tamamen yerli ve milli unsurlarını korumayı bir yöntem olarak benimsemiş bulunmaktadır. Coğrafyanın verdiği hassas avantajları kullanırken; Rusya, Türkiye, Çin ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nin desteğini almalıdır.
