Abstract
The aim of this study is to empirically reveal whether organizational policy perception and emotional labor affect organizational innovation. In the study, survey research method, which is one of the quantitative research methods, was used and relational analysis was used as the analysis type. Multiple regression analysis was carried out using the SPSS program to examine the effect of organizational policy and emotional labor on organizational innovation. As a result of the analysis, the predictive power of organizational policy and emotional labor scores on organizational innovation score was found to be statistically significant. In this context, as a result of the research; it is understood that existing policies and emotional labor of employees have a significant and positive effect on organizational innovation perceptions. Therefore, it can be said that organizations aiming at organizational innovation should determine their organizational policies in this direction and that they should also direct their employees’ perceptions of emotional labor to support their innovation practices.
