SİYASAL İLETİŞİM BAĞLAMINDA MİLLİYETÇİ HAREKET PARTİSİ’NİN İNŞASI VE ALPARSLAN TÜRKEŞ’İN İLETİŞİM STRATEJİSİ
Abstract
Çeşitli dergi ve dernekler etrafında gelişimini sürdüren milliyetçi düşünce geleneği, çok partili dönemde geçirdiği uzun arayışın ardından partileşmiştir. Türk milliyetçiliği fikrinin hem ideolojik hem de siyasal anlamda CKMP ve ardılı MHP’de kurumsal temsilinin sağlanması, kitlelere açılma arayışlarını da beraberinde getirmiştir. Genel Başkan olduktan sonra CKMP’yi ideolojik bir zemine taşıyan Alparslan Türkeş, kısa süre sonra değişen ismiyle Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi’nin inşasında, Türk milliyetçiliğinin yüzyıllık fikri birikiminden faydalanmıştır. Farklı fikri muhtevaları Ülkücülük kavramı etrafında birleştirmeyi başaran Türkeş, bu süreçte ideolojik netleşmeyi sağlayarak MHP’yi siyasal tarihimiz açısından önemli bir aktöre dönüştürmüştür. Çoğunlukla tarih, kültür ve edebiyat çalışmalarıyla ilgilenen Türk milliyetçiliği ideoloji, yaşadığı siyasal değişim sürecinden ülkeyi yönetme iddiasıyla çıkmıştır. Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi, Türkiye’de politikanın iktidar kavgası yönünün yanı sıra ideolojik amaçlarla yapıldığına dair önemli bir örnektir. Türkeş partisinin temel referansı haline getirdiği Türk milliyetçiliğini, siyasal hedefleri bağlamında söylem alanına taşıyarak geniş kitleleri peşinden sürükleyen aksiyoner bir hareket yaratmıştır. Bu çalışmanın konusu, bir ideoloji partisi olarak MHP’nin üzerine inşa edildiği fikri alt yapıyı ortaya koymak ve süreç içerisinde öne çıkan kavram ve semboller üzerinden siyasal kimliğini irdelemektir. Türkeş’in küçük bir aydın çevreyle sınırlandırılmış bir fikir hareketi olan Türk milliyetçiliğinin kitlesel bir aksiyona dönüşmesinde ve halkla buluşmasında takip ettiği iletişim stratejileri ele alınacaktır

THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NATIONALIST MOVEMENT PARTY IN THE CONTEXT OF POLITICAL COMMINUCATION AND THE COMMUNICATION STRATEGY OF ALPARSLAN TÜRKEŞ
Abstract
The tradition of nationalist thought, which continued to develop around various magazines and associations, became a party after a long search in the multi-party period. The provision of the institutional representation of the idea of Turkish nationalism in both the ideological and political sense of the CKMP and the subsequent MHP has accompanied the search for masses. Alparslan Türkeş, who had carried the CKMP to an ideological level after being chairman, soon benefited from the centuries-old idea of Turkish nationalism in the course of the Nationalist Movement Party with its changing name. Achieving to integrate different philosophies around the nationalism concept, Türkeş transformed the MHP into an important actor in terms of political history by providing ideological clarification in this process. The ideology of Turkish nationalism, which is mostly concerned with the studies of history, culture and literature, has emerged with the claim of ruling the country through the process of political change. The Nationalist Movement Party is an important example of the fact that politics in Turkey is made for ideological purposes as well as for the struggle for power. Türkeş has created an actionary movement that trails the masses by bringing Turkish nationalism, which is the main reference of the party, into the field of discourse in the context of its political goals. The theme of this work is to put forward the idea that the MHP is built on as an ideology party and examine its political identity through the concepts and symbols that stand out in the process. The communication strategies that Türkeş used in transforming Turkish nationalism into a mass action and public presentation, which is a limited intellectual movement with a small intellectual environment, will be examined.
